About Me
I am a storyteller
I tell stories that help users accomplish their tasks. Stories that inspire trust in a product/service. Stories that feel personal. Stories that people experience every other day.
I tell these stories with a Swiss Army knife of skills and talents, refined and polished over the last decade through my roles as Copywriter, Creative Director, Product Designer, Team Leader, and the resident in-house firefighter.
As a Copywriter, my words guide, convince, and aid users in their journey. They help define the flow and visualize the structure of a design at a foundational low-fidelity level. Because if you can take action at wireframe level, your plot is working.
As a Creative Director, I align teams, managers, stakeholders, and leaders on design approach by translating design into a language they understand, value, and champion.
As a Designer, I bring new approaches that are consistent with design patterns and standards that make the solution feel intuitive for our users.
These skills have been deployed across industries like automotive, banking, FMCG, healthcare, entertainment, and more.
Across these industries I have told stories about complex onboarding journeys, vendor discovery platforms, usability challenges within B2B organizations and more.It just so happens that these stories are usually a great User Experience. So, let's design the UX for your users.
